mixed feelings about this hotel
dated furniture pool maintenance
i was a bit let down by the state of some areas. the furniture looked worn and outdated. also , the pools seemed understaffed and not well-kept , the sky pool was even closed for a "private event" that i don't think was really happening. it reminded me of they could use more attention to detail and better upkeep overall.

understaffed and underwhelming stay
poor service limited staffing
the service was disappointing , especially at night. i asked for a coke at 11 pm , but they said they didn't have that available. the entire resort seemed to have only one person working at night , what if there was an emergency ? i called reception from 1 am to 1:30 am six times , but no one answered. it goes without saying that there was no room service at night , for a so called 5-star resort.

Excellent Stay on Sentosa Island
great location easy access breakfast selection attentive service
The resort location provides quick access to Universal Studios. Reaching the monorail is very easy from the hotel. The included breakfast offered a wide selection. The staff provided attentive service. I found them very helpful.
The shower drain had a slight clog . I addressed this myself rather quickly. It did take a moment to resolve it.

refillable minibar infinity pool energetic vibe
the minibar included complimentary refills , a nice perk. the infinity pool provided coastline views complete with sunset. i appreciated the interaction with mj at the tearoom , she was energetic.
the pillows were not broad enough , though they were long.

fantastic stay!
modern amenities valet team
The room was excellent and spacious. i especially appreciated the modern amenities. parking was convenient, and the valet team was efficient. every team member i interacted with was warm and cute! they were always ready to assist with a smile. It.
the air-conditioning wasn't working well. the temperature only went down to 25 degrees. i complained, but nothing much happened.

The resort features a serene pool area that is perfect. the fitness centre includes modern equipment for a complete workout. there are many spots to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It allows for maximum relaxation.

Breakfast service was excellent, with great service from MJ. the breakfast options were plentiful, and delicious too. the resort offers free shuttle service around the area. It's very convenient .

hard pillows clogged water
the staff were very nice and helpful. the location was great for activities on sentosa.
the cleaning of the room could have been better. dirty glasses from our first night were still there on our last night, and some items were not replenished. the pillows were too hard, and the bath tub water was clogged, it did not go down!
